A crafter and YouTuber selling her own crochet patterns as instant downloads. Her old shop was slow and fiddly to run, so we rebuilt it from scratch as a fast, modern store.

What we did

  • A shop for digital patterns, with card payments and instant downloads
  • Customer reviews on the site, approved before they appear
  • Past customers can still get the patterns they’ve already bought
  • A mailing-list sign-up for new patterns
